30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with Skinalyze within 30 days of your first payment, use our contact form (topic: Refund request) or email info@merivo.org and we'll refund that first payment in full, no questions asked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Renewals

You can cancel anytime from Account → Manage or cancel subscription, and you won't be charged again. If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a renewal you haven't used, contact us within 7 days and we'll refund it.

One-time purchases

The 90-Day Skin Plan is covered by the same 30-day guarantee.
